Panel of Examiner Applications

Please read the documents below prior to completing an application form. These are generic across all 10 specialties.

Please contact the relevant Specialty Manager on the email address listed below and provide them with the names and email addresses of your referees. Please state clearly which referee is which as follows:

Reference A - either Chief Executive or Medical Director
Reference B - either Chair Specialist Training Committee or Training Programme Director

Application Process

The application process uses Adobe Sign.
An email from Adobe Sign(echosign@echosign.com) is sent to the applicant. This email will contain a link to the application form for completion.
Applicant completes form and signs it.
The referees will both receive a link to the form (from Adobe Sign) once the applicant has completed and signed their parts of the form.
Only when each referee has completed their part of the form will the application including the two references be delivered to the JCIE. Both the applicant and the referees will also receive a copy of the fully completed application when both of the references have been completed and submitted.
If you have not received a copy of the fully completed application, please contact your 1st and 2nd referees to request completion of the reference forms.
